Gym

  1. Members are not permitted to allow another person to use the EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., membership card either inside or outside the gym. If someone has problems with the membership card outside the club reception opening hours, they may call the emergency number. The emergency number is located at the reception or at the entrance to the gym. Under no circumstances are members allowed to bring in or take out other persons. This may result in the blocking of membership in accordance with Article 25 of these Terms of Use.
  2. The membership card is personal, non-transferable and connected to a mobile device or to the app installed on the mobile device, which contains correct personal data and allows entry to the gym. The data last provided by the member shall be considered valid.
  3. The gym may be used exclusively for exercise. For example, it is not permitted to leave scooters or any other personal means of transport inside or outside the gym premises. It is also strictly prohibited to engage in any intimate acts in the gym premises and changing rooms or to use them for other private or business purposes.
  4. For the personal safety of members and to prevent any unlawful or illegal activities, members are required to always carry an identification document with them so that they can present it at any time to staff, security personnel or guards.
  5. Members exercise in the gym at their own risk. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., is not responsible for the health condition of members.
  6. Instructions or warnings from club staff must be followed and cannot be subject to discussion.
  7. Members assume full responsibility for the safety and safekeeping of their padlocks and personal belongings that they leave and lock in the changing rooms. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., is not responsible for the functioning or possible defects of padlocks used by members to secure their personal belongings in the changing rooms. Members are responsible for selecting and maintaining their own padlocks. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left in changing rooms or other areas of the gym.
  8. Lockers are not personal and must be emptied after use. If this is not done, padlocks will be removed and will not be replaced. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., is not responsible for items stored in lockers.
  9. Respect and consideration must always be shown towards other members and neighbours using areas adjacent to the gym.
  10. After use, weights must always be returned to the place from which they were taken.
  11. Shouting or screaming in the gym is not permitted.
  12. Dropping weights or improper handling of equipment is prohibited. For example, playing with balls or disrespecting other members by taking most of the weights is prohibited.
  13. The use of magnesium powder and similar products is prohibited.
  14. Only clean, closed footwear for indoor training may be used in the gym, which the member brings with them. Under no circumstances may this be the same footwear in which the member arrived from outside. As an exception, when performing exercises that require greater stability, such as stretching, deadlifting or squatting, members may wear socks during execution. Only appropriate and clean sports clothing is permitted in the gym premises in order to ensure safety and functionality during training and the proper performance of exercises.
  15. After use, the equipment used must be disinfected and dried. Gym members are required to use towels during exercise. This obligation contributes to maintaining the hygiene of machines and equipment and ensures a more pleasant environment for all users.
  16. If you wish to listen to music other than that played in the gym, we recommend using headphones.
  17. It is not permitted to film or photograph other members without their permission. Members are not permitted to film or photograph inside the gym premises for marketing purposes without prior written approval from management. Any activity related to filming or photography must be arranged and approved in advance in order to ensure the privacy of other members and compliance with gym policies.
  18. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, an illness or pregnancy diagnosed by a medical certificate allows members to freeze their membership. Freezing the membership fee is not a substitute for paying invoices already issued.   19. Bringing alcohol, drugs and doping substances into the gym and smoking in the gym premises are strictly prohibited. Users who use the gym under the influence of alcohol, drugs or doping substances will be removed from the gym.
  20. Personal trainers are not permitted to use the gym premises without an agreement with gym management. No form of advertising is permitted in the gym premises. Professional guidance of members during training is permitted only to persons providing trainer services at EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o.
  21. The age limit for membership is 16 years. Persons below this age are not permitted to train or stay in the gym.
  22. The gym opening hours must be observed. Opening hours are published at the gym reception and on the websites of EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o.
  23. If it is established that a member has been violent while using the gym, threatened someone, or caused insults, pushing or disputes, that member will be immediately removed and excluded from membership. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., reserves the discretionary right to exclude from membership persons who do not comply with the Terms of Use. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., reserves this right in order to guarantee and ensure at all times the personal safety of all members of EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., gyms and to prevent any unlawful or illegal activities on the gym premises.
  24. EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., reserves the right, at its discretion, to issue a warning, suspend the membership for a period of up to 30 days, or permanently exclude from membership any member who fails to comply with the above rules and thereby commits a serious violation.
  25. If a member violates any of the stated rules, EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., may terminate this contract at any time with immediate effect, with the obligation for the member to pay all invoices issued up to the time of termination of the contract.
  26. If a member intentionally destroys or damages the property of EASYFITNESS Croatia, X KONZEPT ADRIA d.o.o., that member will be immediately removed and permanently excluded from membership. In such case, the member is responsible for compensating the damage caused by the destruction or damage to the property.
  27. Members are not allowed to enter areas intended exclusively for employees, including areas behind the counter, storage rooms and secure rooms. Members are authorised to enter only exercise areas and changing rooms.
  28. Entry into the changing room of the opposite sex is not permitted for gym members, except in cases where gym members have amended documentation corresponding to the gender of the changing room they wish to use.
